As a top manager with 30 years of work experience, Dr. Ludger Dohm has become an expert for board of directors and advisory board mandates and advises companies on strategic projects and transformation processes.

After an extensive international education at top universities, Dr. Dohm began his strictly globally focused career with the BP corporation. Following engagements as General Manager of various subsidiaries in Germany and abroad, he was appointed the long-lasting CEO/CFO of the BP Europe SE. Most recently Dr. Dohm was active as the head of the management board of the Düsseldorf Airport.

Managing complex topics under high pressure with large numbers of private and public stakeholders has been a recurring theme in his career. Dr. Dohm has accumulated comprehensive experience in reorganization, change/transformation management and M&A situations from a combination of strategic and operational assignments.

He possesses deep knowledge of the energy, process, aviation, transportation and infrastructure industries.
