Andreas Wölfer can look back on over 30 years of experience in diverse management roles. He was responsible for both growth and market projects, as well as restructuring and reorganizational work.

He has acquired extensive expertise in asset management, wealth management and commercial banking in his senior management career in banking over many years. In his most recent position, he was responsible for the UniCredit Group’s international private banking business. He was a member of the Executive Committee of UniCredit SPA in Milan and was Chair of Hypo-Vereinsbank AG, Munich, for many years.

In the last ten years, Andreas Wölfer has taken on many consulting projects, interim management roles and Advisory Board remits in German SMEs as Managing Director of his consulting firm. Among other things, he played a decisive role in the purchase, establishment and integration of the DOB fashion accessories brand Liebeskind into the s.Oliver Group. He also held the position of CEO of HILTL, the premium men’s and boys’ outer clothing and trouser brand, for four years. He also supported private equity firms in many M&A projects and was involved in integration and transformation processes through his Advisory Board roles as well.
