Carsten Cramer began his career as Managing Director and Marketing Manager at the traditional club Preußen Münster. He then became Senior Vice President of the sports marketing agency Sportfive (formerly UFA) and was responsible for the sales and marketing business throughout Germany. In October 2010, he went to BVB (Borussia Dortmund) as Sales & Marketing Director and became Managing Director of Borussia Dortmund Geschäftsführungs-GmbH in 2018.
