Joachim Kürten

With more than 30 years of professional experience, Joachim Kürten is a highly customer-oriented and entrepreneurial managing director with international management and profit responsibility. His core competencies are restructuring, integrated strategy development and implementation as well as growth-oriented professionalization and internationalization of sales, marketing, services and operations.

His diverse experience in medium-sized companies, family-owned and listed international companies in permanent positions as well as in the context of his interim mandates allows him to create and change perspectives. In more than ten interim mandates, he has successfully implemented complex turnaround and change processes as a change manager.

Today, Joachim Kürten is primarily active on supervisory and advisory boards and in advising on challenging transformation projects.
