Uwe Sunkel is responsible for the IT and Digitalization departments within the company. As a first mover, he was one of the first interim providers to drive forward the automation of essential search and selection processes and offer them online. After the sale of his successful placement platform to RGP, he took over the strategic development of the digital tools and the international roll-out of the service.

The graduate Social Scientist has over 25 years of operational experience as an HR Project Manager. Over the past 12 years, working as an Interim Manager, he has helped companies to plan, develop and implement global HR systems. He has vertical expertise in applicant processes, recruitment and international project management and uses this expertise to develop efficient tools to search for and select the best candidates for taskforce and its clients.
