With more than 20 years of management and consulting experience, including as managing director of trade associations in the construction supply industry, he has an intimate understanding of corporate processes and procedures. A partner and co-partner of a renowned Swiss recruitment firm for many years, he also has in-depth experience in analyzing medium-sized company structures and in filling professional and management positions on a long-term basis. 

This father of three is known for his strategic approach, strong communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset. He provides our clients with in-depth industry knowledge not only in the areas of construction, construction suppliers, but also in building and electrical engineering, coupled with a broad network in the national and international environment.
