Dr. Marcus Kind manages global sales and marketing, as well as business and organizational development programs and projects. Furthermore, the Business Manager who has a doctorate in “Software Technology and Interactive Systems” also undertakes senior management tasks as Managing Director, CMO, Sales and Business Development Director and as Chief Product Officer. He has international experience and has been successfully working in executive and senior management roles where has had responsibility for results. Dr. Marcus Kind is an expert in turnover and profit optimization. With his extensive functional expertise, he helps companies to achieve growth and market differentiation, in the public sector and in medical technology, pharmaceuticals, ICT, industrial automation and electronics. Prior to his role as an Interim Manager, Dr. Marcus Kind worked in large corporations and family-owned companies in Germany and abroad, including Fresenius, Bosch, Giesecke & Devrient and Rittal.
