Gotthard Haug takes on tasks as CEO/CFO/CRO in phases of major change management projects. He is a results driven executive with attention-to-detail, a hands-on approach and with a passion for turnaround projects and managing organizational changes. He has lead international organizations in Europe and overseas with up to 5,000 employees during his 20+ years career. He has managed organizational & business development projects, operational turnarounds, financial and operational restructurings, M&A, as well as a post-merger integration. He draws from a substantive knowledge in the FMCG, retail, and IT service industry complemented by his experiences with different governance structures: public companies, family owned, and PE. His direct and straightforward leadership style paired with excellent communication skills ensured a highly motivated team around him which delivered results.
