Peter Hirblinger assumes C-level management responsibility as CEO, CRO or Commercial Director in internationally operating companies in many industrial sectors. With over 30 years of management experience in SMEs, shareholder-managed organizations and corporations, he primarily takes responsibility for projects with development and change characteristics. His areas of expertise include restructuring, integration of companies in Germany and abroad, business model development, M&A, implementation of synergies, establishment and use of controlling instruments and change management.
He acquired extensive experience in dealing with different working cultures and mentalities during his remits in the USA, Europe, Asia, South America and Africa, which enable him to quickly become effective in new structures and environments.
