Sven Heukemes has 20 years of experience in the sales management of an insurance group, where he spent 17 years in operational and strategic management positions in all sales divisions. The successful development and implementation of new sales concepts and strategies, including the digitization of sales processes and control systems, made him the most profitable manager of the German business with the highest employee satisfaction in the large corporation.

As Co-Managing Director of his own consulting company with a focus on sales optimization, Sven Heukemes gained an entrepreneurial view of sales and earnings. As a further business area, he and his business partner developed a new approach for succession planning in family-run companies. As an active Interim Manager, he developed a new sales model for an international banking group for overall sales, whose pilot project he successfully implemented.

The graduate economist and certified systemic coach has in-depth industry knowledge and a broad network in the financial industry. With his entrepreneurial understanding, he provides advice to customers with operational and strategic problems in selecting and filling management positions in project and line management.
