Quality of Manager Selection - Only Five to Eight Days until a Position is filled

Accuracy of the fit and selecting speed are key success factors when finding the right manager for the specific requirements of our customers. Therefore we continuously invest in updating our data and in the quality of our processes. The deciding factor for the right "match" however is the fact that we know our managers personally – there is no better basis of decision-making for an ideal assignment.

We can usually present a selection of suitable candidates within two days of receiving the request. We also support our customers in choosing the ideal manager from this selection. At the same time, our Contract Management Department adds suggestions for customised agreements to tried and tested standard contracts. Companies can thus often meet the selected manager after four to six days already and the mandate can ideally start after only four to eight days.

Immediately after receipt of the customer inquiry, suitable candidates are selected from the manager pool within one to two working days. It is usually possible to schedule a first telephone interview with the customer, the interim manager and 

taskforce after only three to four days. If the telephone call goes well, it is followed by a personal meeting at the customer site. Ideally the interim manager can start their appointment as soon as one week after the project inquiry.

Structured Manadates - On Average Six to Nine Months until the Target is achieved

Establishing and implementing interim mandates requires decisive as well as efficient actions. We can thus assure quick results ins and the best possible return on investment to our customers.

On average, most interim mandates can be completed in just six to nine months:

1. Analysis

The necessary analysis phase generally requires two to four weeks. During this period, customer and interim manager set-up the implementation team, agree on sub-goals and procedures and define the monitoring method.

2. Implementation

In the four to six-month implementation phase, the interim manager implements the agreed measures, monitors whether targets are achieved and makes adjustments where necessary.

3. Ensuring success

The responsibility is handed over to internal managers step by step in the final phase of one to two months. The taskforce manager establishes, ensures and documents the results achieved and, upon request, supports internal management in recruiting for the position long term. If required, they can further remain available in a supportive role to embed the solutions and changes more firmly.
