When experience counts
For taskforce managers, taking over management responsibility is a matter of course. Our interim executives remain only until agreed-upon objectives have been achieved, tasks and projects concluded or vacant positions permanently filled. Their work in line and project management is based on defined objectives, schedules and fee structures. In their external positions, they think and act as a part of the client’s organization, introducing new perspectives and solutions to challenges and hidden problems. Their independence from the company’s career ladder allows them to act consistently and to moderate divergent interests with authenticity.
Without exception, taskforce partners are successful interim managers and project managers at the first and second executive levels. As our company’s top performers, they have successfully undergone a demanding selection process and have already successfully completed multiple mandates for us.
Associate managers are selected managers in the acceptance process. They meet the same high expectations as our partners.
Over 1200 other tested and contractually bound network managers are available to respond to inquiries that cannot be filled by any of our current stable of 125 partners.
