INTERNAL TASKFORCE KOMPASS
Trust is built on reliability.
taskforce stands for quality, reliability, and excellent placement of candidates. Our top-tier interim and project management is based on trust in the integrity of the individuals involved. We value individuality and respect differences, but as partners we have set certain standards for ourselves to ensure that we work together in a committed, collegial, and—above all—successful manner. Each partner shapes the image of the entire firm through their own behavior—with clients, in the market, and in our interactions with one another.
How we want to be perceived externally is outlined in the Code of Conduct on the taskforce website. This compass provides guidance on how we interact with one another internally.
1) Availability and Reliability
- If taskforce partners are unavailable, they get back to the other party as soon as possible.
- We respond promptly to messages, emails, and inquiries.
- If we cannot keep a scheduled appointment, we cancel it proactively and as early as possible.
2) Data, Profiles, and Availability
- We keep our profiles, resumes, and project experience up to date at all times.
- We communicate our availability for assignments to our PC manager early and in a binding manner.
- We proactively report planned absences before client appointments are scheduled.
3) Client Interactions
- We go into client meetings well-prepared and focus on the client benefits and the concrete value our work delivers.
- We are thoroughly informed about the company, its current situation, and the key stakeholders prior to meetings.
- Our demeanor, attire, and attitude reflect the importance of the assignment and our position as a task force.
4) Collaboration Among Partners
- A collegial, open, and fair approach to working with one another is a given for us.
- We share our knowledge and support one another.
- We address any issues early on and work together to find viable solutions—directly, respectfully, and as equals.
5) Collaboration with the Head Office
- We value and support the work that the Head Office does for us.
- A courteous and friendly interaction with the entire team is particularly important to us.
- We view internal services and processes as support that enables us to deliver excellent work for our clients.
6) Meetings, Collaboration, and Firm Culture
- Participating in our partner meetings is an essential part of our firm culture—it’s where we refine our shared standards and build professional and personal connections.
- This also includes regular participation and active involvement in the practice groups.
- We actively foster dialogue with our practice group leaders and partners.
Do you also take our self-imposed rules—which serve the interests of our clients and the taskforce brand—for granted? Excellent! If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to reach out to us.
