Effective leadership

It is a given that INTERIM EXECUTIVES will assume management responsibility until agreed goals have been achieved, tasks and projects implemented or vacancies permanently filled. Their work in line and project management is based on defined objectives, schedules and fee structures. In their external position, they think and act as a part of the client’s organization, introducing new perspectives and solutions to challenges and hidden problems. Their independence from the company’s career ladder allows them to act consistently and moderate divergent interests with authenticity.

Some of our INTERIM EXECUTIVES have opted for a taskforce partnership. As carefully selected service providers for our firm, they are preferentially recommended for roles with the same qualifications. Partners can only act as successful Interim Managers and project managers, especially at the highest management level (C-level), after they have undergone a demanding acceptance process and have successfully implemented several mandates with us.

Associate managers are INTERIM EXECUTIVES in the process of undergoing the acceptance process. They provide the same high standards as our partners, have successfully passed through the demanding acceptance process, and are still waiting for successful joint project experience.
