Detlef Hartmann

Throughout his career, Detlef Hartmann has been a long-standing board member as COO and CHRO, as well as Managing Director and Project Manager in the industry. He has demonstrated his management and leadership skills with a significant track record in international corporations, SMEs and private equity companies. 

His areas of expertise include strategic alignment of business units, M&A projects, integration management, carve-out, change and transition projects, crisis management, cost cutting and performance improvement, as well as restructuring. In doing so, he adopts a hands-on mentality and pragmatic approach, both strategically and operationally, to achieve sustainable results quickly. As an experienced negotiator with social partners and other stakeholders, he relies on clear, straightforward communication tailored to the different reference groups. 

Detlef Hartmann has extensive industrial experience as well as in-depth industry knowledge and expertise in energy management, steel construction, shipbuilding, and plant construction.
