The process of accepting our Interim Managers involves several stages. Depending on their qualifications, personality profile, management level and experience, it is possible to become either an INTERIM EXPERT or, as an INTERIM EXECUTIVE, become an Associate Manager and Partner of our firm. Apart from getting to know the applicants in person, we also carry out a check of their references. Managers who have already concluded a successful mandate with us may be directly accepted as partners.
