Jens Christophers knows the German and international interim management market like few others. As founder and CEO of taskforce AG, he is responsible for all aspects of the business. Between 2000 and 2014, he took on various CEO and CRO mandates himself as an active interim manager. Since 2007, he has been at the helm of taskforce together with his fellow board member and co-shareholder Kristin Gölkel, a company that has grown at an above-average rate since its inception and is regarded as the market-leading partnership for interim line and project management in Germany.

From 2017 to 2022, taskforce was part of the US-based consulting firm RGP. During this time, Jens Christophers gained extensive international management experience as part of the "Extended Board" of the RGP Group. Together with Kristin Gölkel, he repurchased taskforce AG in 2022 as part of a management buy-out.

Born in Bremen and living in Münster and Munich, he is a true family man. His great passion is football, which he will support with enthusiasm and commitment as a member of the Supervisory Board of SV Werder Bremen from February 23, 2024.
