Forming the basis for lasting improvements – In the execution phase, the Interim Manager implements the agreed measures, supervises target attainment, and follows up as needed. The client receives regular progress reports concerning the project.
3. Ensuring success
Prompt results shorten the duration of the mandate – In the one- to two-month concluding phase, our Interim Manager gradually hands back project responsibility to the internal management team. This phase includes identifying, securing and documenting the attained results and, on request, providing support during the process of hiring for the permanent position.
