Execution of the Project
Structured Interim Management - swiftly fulfilling the objective

1. Analysis
Minimal delay to project start – The essential analysis phase generally only takes us two to four weeks. During this time, the client and our Interim Manager jointly set up the implementation team, determine subgoals and procedures, and define the ongoing monitoring process.

2. Execution
Forming the basis for lasting improvements – In the execution phase, the Interim Manager implements the agreed measures, supervises target attainment, and follows up as needed. The client receives regular progress reports concerning the project.

3. Ensuring success
Prompt results shorten the duration of the mandate – In the one- to two-month concluding phase, our Interim Manager gradually hands back project responsibility to the internal management team. This phase includes identifying, securing and documenting the attained results and, on request, providing support during the process of hiring for the permanent position. This guarantees a high level of commitment and continuity at each step of the way. If required, our Interim Managers are available after the final phase to support the solid entrenchment of solutions and changes.
