He has over 25 years of professional experience in mid-sized internationally operating corporate groups. He has particular knowledge of international finance processes, reorganizations, post-merger integration and financing solutions in private equity. He also steers projects and mandates to a successful conclusion in a targeted manner based on his experience in an international environment and his hands-on work ethic.
