For more than 25 years, Eugen Ciemnyjewski has assumed managerial and profit responsibility in mid-sized companies and groups of companies in the consumer goods industry (FMCG), automotive supply industry, medical apparatus construction and in the chemistry sector as a CEO, COO, CRO, project manager or line manager. His core competencies include operative restructuring, company reorganization, change management, erection and relocation of production lines, mergers & acquisitions, post-merger integration and software implementation. In addition to proven leadership skills, to his holistic approach and to a marked customer orientation, his hands-on, personal and considerate work style ensures that all customer wishes are successfully fulfilled. He has vast experience in both national and European projects and as a manager in different countries, including Great Britain, Germany, Portugal, Denmark, Hungary and Finland. During a long stay abroad in Great Britain, he attained an MBA at the prestigious London Business School.
