Kristina M. Schneider
Kristina M. Schneider is a partner in taskforce AG. She serves clients in the fields of Interim Management and Executive Search. After starting her career in engineering at Roediger Passavant in Rheinfelden, Switzerland and Commerzleasing GmbH in Frankfurt, she moved to Personnel Consulting and was involved in establishing the first German office of Russell Reynolds Associates. Last but not least, Kristina M. Schneider worked on various projects for Danco Venture Capital in Zurich and Vancouver. She returned to Personnel Consulting in 1998 and became a member of the management team at Dr. Krumpa & Partner Leaders Trust International, where she established the business area of Industrial Services for Germany. In 2002 she founded the personnel consultancy, SHS Associates, in Frankfurt.
