Thomas Schiffner

As CFO and CRO, Thomas Schiffner assumes commercial responsibility for restructuring, turnaround, corporate development, M&A, change and investment management as well as increasing efficiency and earnings in group structures and mid-sized companies.

The core competences of the manager, currently living in Bavaria, include the systematic repositioning of commercial process organizations based on HGB, IFRS or US-GAAP in conjunction with substantial earnings and quality improvements. Inter alia, his practical experience includes accounting, financial control, group consolidation, financial planning and control, and post-merger integration programs as well as rehabilitation in the automotive, transport, plant, equipment and machinery sectors.

Additional special knowledge of the business informatics graduate, MBA graduate and Master of Science includes the coordination of company acquisitions and sales, as well as complex financing and refinancing in private equity environments.

His strong leadership and coaching skills, especially the management of international teams and his binding communication with all stakeholders, have been highly appreciated by his former clients.
