Steffen Zölzer
The marketing and sales strategist Steffen Zölzer takes on regional and global management roles (CMO, CCO, Program/Project Management), in which he has a particular focus on digital transformation in customers' companies. To do so, he makes use of his broad-based experience from both worlds – from traditional companies and agile start-up environments.
As the co-founder of Circuit.com, a start-up in the Unify Incubator, he is also a Change Manager with a focus on the customer. Customer experience management, customer engagement and the establishment of a Customer Advisory Council are key tools for him to configure digital transformation so that customers sign up to it. His solid 14 years' management experience is shaped in particular by challenges in the volatile and highly innovative ICT environment. With his flexibility, speed and operational excellence, he is regarded as a manager for innovative solution providers and hi-tech companies.
