After her career as a goalkeeper at FSV Frankfurt with 220 Bundesliga matches as well as Vice World Champion and European Champion in the German national team, Katja Kraus was initially Press Officer at Eintracht Frankfurt. Following a job at the sports marketing company UFA, the Frankfurt-born former football player became Director of Communications, Brand and Sales at HSV in 2003. In 2013, she founded the agency Jung von Matt SPORTS in Hamburg and, as its Managing Partner, she continues to be active in addition to her Supervisory and Advisory Board positions. Together with her wife, she also advises companies on the implementation of their diversity strategies.
