Thomas Koch

For more than 25 years, Thomas Koch has been managing complex business transformations in international medium-sized and family-owned companies. He assumes responsibility as CFO, CRO, program-manager and business consultant. His main focus is on strategy implementation, finance transformation, carve-out, restructuring and post-merger/ M&A. Thomas holds a Dual-Master in Business Administration and Engineering. His core competence lies in the successful design and implementation of integrated transformation solutions. Thereby he combines his comprehensive strategy and financial expertise with his sounding project-management-skills and his profound professional qualification as a certified change manager and systemic organizational developer. His industry expertise includes in particular the fields of electrical engineering, finance/ banking, telecommunications/ IT and mechanical engineering.

Setting up and managing finance operations (as CFO/CRO/COO)
Preparing business reviews and restructuring reports in accordance with German IDW Standard S6 (operational/financial)
Coordinating and performing financial and commercial due diligence
Developing and executing performance and cash flow improvement programs
Implementing integrated planning and controlling tools as well as reporting and IT systems (ERP, MIS, CRM)
Managing M&A projects including preparing a business plan and financial modeling
Supporting Corporate Finance process (equity/debt/mezzanine)
Developing and executing program and project management for post merger integration
Managing international growth, carve-out and spin-off projects (UK & USA)
