Steffi Floss

Steffi Floß will establish the Real Estate & Construction Practice Group at taskforce and is a member of taskforce’s executive management team. She has been active in the construction and real estate industry for more than 13 years and has specialized in interim management in this sector and in corporate real estate since 2021. She has successfully placed over 120 executives and experts—ranging from C-level positions to complete interim teams.

Previously, she managed teams, real estate portfolios, and positioning, revitalization, and construction projects throughout Germany. As a result, she understands the operational realities of her clients from her own leadership experience.

For Steffi Floß, every placement begins with a structured analysis of the company’s situation, decision-making processes, and requirements. She understands the interplay between management, HR, procurement, and external advisors—even on an international level.
