Norbert Grottke

Norbert Grottke has more than 25 years of experience in the industrial and engineering services sector and over two decades of leadership experience in middle and upper management. Most recently, as a division head, he was responsible for an organization with eight locations and approximately 500 employees. In this role, he bore comprehensive responsibility for results, sales, and leadership, and guided organizations through phases of growth, change, and transformation.

He understands business challenges from firsthand experience: changing structures, improving results, developing leadership teams, and making and implementing decisions even under demanding conditions. Today, he combines this operational experience with his work in interim management and advising companies on filling management roles critical to their success.

His focus is on medium-sized industrial companies as well as organizations undergoing change, transformation, or transition. For Norbert Grottke, a successful placement therefore does not begin with a resume, but with a clear understanding of the company’s situation: What needs to be achieved? What changes are necessary? And which leader can quickly take on responsibility and make an impact in this situation?
