After four years as an Associate Manager, Dr. Heinrich Schülen has become a partner of taskforce – Management on Demand GmbH. With 30 years of consulting, project management and line experience in the telecommunications and automotive industry, he is an expert in the development and introduction of complex service products, processes and IT applications. The expertise of the PhD Business Economist lies in carve-out and post-merger integration, internationalization, IT program management and product portfolio management.
He is capable of routinely taking on various project and line roles in major corporations as well as in family-owned companies and start-ups. Due to his structured work ethic and solution-based focus, he always copes with new challenges and management tasks with great aplomb, supporting employees, fellow managers and clients.
